My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the friendly staff really made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist me. The location was another plus, being quiet yet just a short walk to the attractions. However, I faced some significant issues with the rooms—they had a stale smoke smell that stuck to my clothes and felt damp. Despite the problems, the price seemed fair for the area.

Unfortunately, the rooms had an unmistakable odor of stale cigarettes, especially in room 102, which lingered and affected my belongings. Plus, there was a dirty coffee machine as the only source of hot water, and as someone allergic to coffee, it was a bit of a hassle.

The service was excellent and very helpful. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist, which added a lovely touch to my experience.
